Sioux City is one step closer to installing bike lanes and pedestrian-friendly crosswalks.

Two weeks ago, the City Council adopted an active transportation plan that recommends bike and pedestrian improvements in the city, including bike lanes, safer sidewalks and crosswalks, timelines for implementation and costs for the proposed projects.
